In 2026, ARTONE received the Panelist Award for his performance of Octopus Opera 1, during the Dances in Progress Showing by Modern Connections.
Best Costume Design for The Nightman Commeth, and Venus in Fur, Third Place Best Costume Design for Little Shop of Horrors, the Leo Lerman Graduate Fellowship in Design, the Zelma Weisfeld Scholarship, the Bobby Chandler award, and the Richard and William Newdick Theatre Scholarship.
In 2025, he was invited to guest lecturer at the University of Washington and Virginia Commonwealth University.
The fall 2024 visiting adjunct in Theatre Design at Elmira College, costume and set designer.
The 2023 Emerging Artist in Residence for Theatre Design at Penn State Altoona, adjunct instructor and resident costume designer.

He is originally from Virginia, where he received a BFA in Theatre Costume Design and Technology (cum laude) from Virginia Commonwealth University.
ARTONE holds an MFA in Design from the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale.
